Shipping Policy
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $600. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your Headcase backpack.
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the delivery method you choose. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If there are any delays in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you promptly.
Returns Policy
- We want you to love your Headcase backpack! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Backpacks must be returned in their original packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, tear, or damage. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
