Returns Policy

• We want you to love your Headcase Backpack! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery (Australian customers only). Please note the following conditions for returns:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Backpacks must be returned in their original packaging.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, tear, or damage. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
