The front compartment offers ample space, accommodating 2-3 medium-sized hats or your weekend necessities. It includes adjustable compression straps secured with buckles for organised storage. Once zipped up, you’ll find an additional large flat storage compartment on the opposite side.

The back compartment features a secure, padded sleeve for a 16-inch laptop, allowing easy access to your work essentials. It also includes two internal slip pockets and a zippered pocket for extra organisation.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Headcase backpack! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note the following conditions for returns:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Backpacks must be returned in their original packaging.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, tear, or damage. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

STEP 1

Pack your hats

Simply place your hats upside-down in the front compartment, adjust the compression straps, and clip them for a snug fit.

Hat Packing Guide:

Remove any delicate embellishments or accessories before packing to prevent damage during transit.
Stack your hats by stiffness, placing wool or felt hats on top of more delicate materials like straw, raffia, or sisal.
For extra protection, pack your hats inside the premium dust bag provided.
To minimise movement, place soft items around your hats to keep them secure.

STEP 2

Pack your essentials

The Headcase Backpack features two external quick-access compartments with secure zippers, perfect for safeguarding essential travel items like passports, phones, AirPods, and portable chargers. Inside, you’ll find two zippered compartments designed for storing charging cords, stationery, deck of cards, and sunglasses, plus a larger A5 zip pocket ideal for Kindles, notebooks, writing pads, and other accessories.

STEP 3

Hit the road!

Adjust the straps to evenly distribute the weight for maximum comfort. Alternatively, use the external trolley sleeve to secure your backpack onto a suitcase handle. And just like that, you’re ready to go!
